Good App gone bad

I used to really like this app. But now, especially with all the changes made, its just worthless. The customer service is horrific, the changes to the filters asinine, the guidelines horrendous. And despite all the bug "fixes" there are still many problems with bugs.

Its now to the point that often you cant connect at all. Just a couple days ago, a global notification was sent out that "gremlins" had caused a severe disruption to two of their bots. This was highly inaccurate and disgusted many of the users. The disruption was to basic use, to the bots, had been happening for two weeks (although the bot disruption happened on two different occasions for two days each time during the two weeks), and is still happening even now. When I beta tested for several months, this kind of ridiculous, flat out crappy service would not have been tolerated. Whoever is running the show needs fired.

This newest release as of today is awful. White flickers when switching between groups, terrible new keyboard layout, horrible scrolling and such of how chat and comments act- if I could get rid of this update, I would in a heartbeat.
