Fail

Been on pal 3+ yrs. the agents treat the users with so much disrespect its sickening. We the users are your customers or do you not realize this. You might not be getting paid but we all know your power trips are to move up in the company to a paid position. So any issues dont bother asking in app.
As far as the app goes if I could post screen shots of the bugs I would. The old iPhone paid app has far less issues.
